In just a little over two weeks I'll be sitting on a plane waiting for my life in Italia to begin. These upcoming 4 months will be filled with new experiences, crazy adventures, sleepless nights, and the challenges of trying to find vegan food in a non-English speaking community-- I am determined to make it happen! I've got my suitcase, enough clothes to last me a lifetime (as my mom would say), and the excitement of a two year old puppy... I might just pee on the carpet.
